Big Kids Gotta Have Fun Too

The sun is out and the snow is gone! What could be better? And you know us, we're famous for those Spontaneous picnics/cook outs. We have officially kicked off summer. Miah and I (no kiddos) headed out to Chena Lakes for a BBQ. The funny thing was; the sun was out, it was nice and warm, the mosquitos were even out in numbers, but Chena lake was still all iced over, go figure LOL. Here the pictures enjoy!

I had an "AHA" moment in the grocery store, would if we cooked the baked beans IN the can they come in? Experiment time! Conclusion: Works! (Takes awhile though)

The swings were the only way for us to keep the skeeters at bay.... and it was fun too, when was the last time you were on a swing?
Up....up...and...awaaaaaay!
