Hi folks. How are ya? We're hanging in there. It's getting closer and closer to spring, and BABY TIME! Our son will be here before we know it (6 weeks and five days). We couldn't be more excited. In more recent news, it's breakup time in Alaska! Helllllooooo summer :) It's supposed to be fifty above tomorrow... I can't wait :) And neither can my hubby. He's been anxiously awaiting this time of year to start his garden. Last year we enjoyed strawberries, tomatoes and peas and carrots.

This year he is planting purple carrots, a variety of rainbow heirloom mix of tomatoes, cucumber, zucchini, squash. It's the fourth of April and I'm already excited to see what he grows. It always make me smile taking a bite of that first pea, the taste of summer *ahh*
In other news, our poor pup, Lady has to have a cone on to help her get rid of this hot spot. She just looks so miserable. My husband stayed up to one in the morning tending to her to make her more comfortable... Though, he couldn't stop laughing at her when she was walking into things, poor baby girl!
And then here are some recent belly pictures... daddy and mommy to be are SO excited, and can't wait until our monkey boy is out of my belly. (Mommy loves being pregnant, but would love to have her stomach, bladder and ribs back).
